About Ella
Hi, I’m Ella! I’m an artist based in Los Angeles, where I create paintings, drawings, and custom hurricanes. My work began as a love letter to the city itself—its light, energy, and sprawling landscapes—but over time, the iconic palm trees have become a central motif in my practice, symbolizing the spirit of the place that continues to inspire me and be my home.
I earned my BFA at The University of Texas at Austin, where I honed my craft and developed a visual language that blends observation, color, and texture. Today, I also bring creativity into fashion, exploring different mediums while staying true to the visual world I love.
I’m always looking for ways to bring a little more beauty and light into the world. Explore, pause, and I hope something in my work resonates with you.

Why Cards?
Being born on 9/11/2001 in NYC, I grew up understanding the significance of that day—but also the importance of celebrating life. Over time, I embraced that perspective and developed a deep love for birthdays, milestones, and the little moments that make life meaningful.
These handmade cards are my way of celebrating life, love, friendship, and all the moments worth marking. They can be given as gifts, kept as treasures, and displayed as art. Each card is a piece of my heart and my love for creativity, shared with you.
